What you will do

  • Own net-new and expansion pipeline targets across inbound, outbound, and product-led growth channels.
  • Design, execute, and optimize integrated demand programs covering the entire buyer journey.
  • Diagnose funnel performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement measurable improvements.
  • Balance short-term pipeline creation with long-term growth efficiency.
  • Partner with Sales, Product, and RevOps to align execution and business outcomes.
  • Communicate performance, priorities, and strategic tradeoffs to executive leadership.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in Demand Generation, Growth, or Revenue Marketing within B2B environments.
  • Proven track record of managing and hitting pipeline and revenue growth targets.
  • Deep expertise in B2B buyer journeys, metrics (CAC, pipeline velocity, conversion), and funnel analysis.
  • Strong executive communication and structured problem-solving skills.
  • Experience leading and iterating on growth experiments and integrated campaigns.
  • Comfortable working in fast-moving, ambiguous, and cross-functional environments.
