What you will do

• Oversee daily technical operations for the Boca Raton studio, including video, audio, lighting, and communication systems.
• Direct as the lead technician and Director of Photography for in-studio and field productions to ensure high-quality visual standards.
• Manage all travel and remote production logistics, including mobile studio setup and site coordination.
• Maintain and organize production equipment, overseeing inventory, upgrades, and vendor relations.
• Ensure quality control across all systems via regular calibration and proactive troubleshooting.
• Train and support technical staff and freelancers while maintaining unified workflow standards.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in live or recorded video production within broadcast or digital media environments.
• Expert knowledge of camera systems (Sony, Canon, Blackmagic, RED), lighting design, and audio signal flow.
• Proficiency with video switching, routing, and monitoring systems like Blackmagic ATEM or Ross.
• Working knowledge of NLE systems including DaVinci Resolve or Premiere Pro for editing and troubleshooting.
• Proven ability to work independently on travel shoots.
• Must be able to travel as required by production needs.
