What you will do

• Lead end-to-end client implementations from discovery through to post-go-live success.
• Manage project delivery, mitigate risks, and align cross-functional internal teams.
• Conduct operational audits to identify workflow gaps and design scalable automation solutions.
• Configure and integrate hirify.global’s platform using APIs to replace legacy manual processes.
• Support sales strategy and contribute to the ongoing improvement of internal delivery tools.
• Mentor junior team members and help shape product and delivery roadmaps.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in SaaS delivery or solution design.
• Strong technical background with APIs, systems integration, and architecture.
• Proven ability to lead complex technical engagements with enterprise-level stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills for both executive and technical audiences.
• Strong business acumen with familiarity in healthcare or complex industries.
• High ownership mindset with comfort in fast-paced, unstructured environments.

Nice to have

• Experience with workflow automation or RPA platforms like MuleSoft or Workato.
• Previous background in consulting, solution architecture, or technical customer success.
• Prior experience in a startup environment or scaling delivery functions.
