Location: Must be based in the United States (California, North Carolina, Texas, or Washington). Hybrid: Candidates in the San Francisco Bay area must be on-site at the Morgan Hill, CA office 2-3 days per week.

Salary: $140,000–$160,000

• Define and champion the strategic vision and roadmap for your product squad.
• Lead feature scoping, prioritization, and trade-off discussions to ensure maximum impact.
• Partner with engineering, design, and marketing to execute product launches.
• Conduct research and analyze data to synthesize customer needs and market trends.
• Own the full product lifecycle from initial ideation and validation through delivery.
• Communicate product strategy and technical requirements to senior leadership and stakeholders.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in product management leading complex software products.
• Track record of shipping SaaS products from concept to launch in a startup environment.
• Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Data-driven mindset balanced with qualitative customer insights.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
