Salary: $90,000 - $110,000

What you will do

  • Support overall program operations across the California SBE portfolio.
  • Manage client invoicing, subcontractor accruals, administrative reporting, and program data analysis.
  • Develop and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Track goal progress and manage leads from multiple outreach channels within program databases.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely project data uploads.
  • Lead assigned projects by clarifying objectives and delivering developed solutions within timelines.

Requirements

  • Must be located in the state of California.
  • Experience supporting utility-sponsored energy efficiency programs, preferably in California.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and program database systems.
  • Willingness to travel up to 10%.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Environmental Studies, Sustainability, Economics, or Data Analytics.
  • 3+ years of experience in energy efficiency program operations or business analysis.
  • Experience working directly with California investor-owned utilities (IOUs).
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, CRM platforms, or similar databases.
  • Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables and reporting dashboards.
