Salary: $155,000–$180,000

What you will do

• Architect and implement maintainable, scalable systems for agentic AI applications.
• Drive complex technical initiatives through the entire SDLC from requirements to production.
• Develop robust backend services and modern web frontends with an emphasis on performance and reliability.
• Provide technical leadership by mentoring engineers, conducting code reviews, and establishing best practices.
• Collaborate with product managers and cross-functional stakeholders to define sound, deliverable technical solutions.
• Champion testing, CI/CD, and observability strategies to maintain high system health.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in software delivery and technical ownership.
• Expert-level proficiency in Python or Java, and modern web technologies (TypeScript/JavaScript, React).
• Deep experience designing scalable distributed systems and microservices.
• Proven track record of technical leadership and mentoring within engineering teams.
• Practical experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Strong communication skills to translate complex technical ideas for diverse audiences.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with streaming technologies like Apache Kafka, Pulsar, or hirify.global PubSub+.
• Experience with high-availability architectures and performance optimization.
• Grounding in domain-driven design (DDD) and enterprise integration patterns.
• Ability to influence technical direction without direct authority across organization boundaries.
