What you will do

• Build and maintain high-quality, responsive websites and marketing landing pages.
• Develop and evolve the internal design system to ensure consistency across products.
• Implement complex creative animations and interactive user experiences in code.
• Collaborate with Design, Engineering, and Growth teams to elevate brand presence.
• Develop special projects and interactive prototypes to support product scaling.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience, specifically in frontend development.
• Strong proficiency in React and TypeScript.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with English level B2+.
• Strong sense of aesthetics and attention to detail regarding user experience.
• Experience working in startup environments or as a founding engineer.
• Ability to participate in collaborative, iterative development processes.

Nice to have

• Experience with modern frontend libraries like TanStack Query.
• Background in SMB, SaaS, or Fintech industries.
• Experience with backend technologies like NestJS, Postgres, Redis, or AWS.
• Portfolio demonstrating technical skill, creativity, and prototyping (Webflow, WebGL, etc.).
