What you will do
- Build performant, beautiful, and usable frontend interfaces
- Lead discussions and implement multiple complex projects
- Foster a culture of industry-leading UX
- Improve engineering processes, tools, and systems for scalability
- Recruit, interview, and develop interview questions
- Mentor less experienced engineers and interns
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years frontend engineering experience preferred
- Proficiency in JavaScript and React
- Strong visual design skills
- Track record of shipping high-quality products at scale
- Ability to translate business and product ideas into engineering solutions
- Must be located in or eligible to work in the US or Canada
- English proficiency at least B2
