What you will do

• Manage 5–15 active lab relationships as the primary technical point of contact.
• Collaborate with researchers and product teams to integrate models, execute evals, and deliver high-quality results.
• Drive consistency in onboarding, data releases, and co-launches while resolving technical blockers.
• Design and automate key processes such as model onboarding flows and customer data insights.
• Translate complex customer requirements into concrete product features and engineering tasks.
• Build and ship scalable solutions across the stack to push platform frontiers.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional software engineering experience with strong system design fundamentals.
• Proficiency in TypeScript and modern web frameworks.
• Hands-on experience integrating LLM provider APIs, including handling streaming responses.
• Comfortable operating across the full stack (frontend and backend) to solve complex problems.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure and CI/CD workflows.
• Strong problem-solving instincts and the ability to operate effectively in high-ambiguity environments.
