What you will do
- Architect and propose optimized healthcare workflows using 's AI suite, focusing on voice and text interactions.
- Conduct deep technical discovery sessions to evaluate system architecture and data integration needs.
- Lead technical responses for RFPs, RFIs, and security reviews to demonstrate functional and compliance alignment.
- Deliver value-driven platform demonstrations that showcase AI orchestration for patient access and operational efficiency.
- Define future-state architectures and ensure technical alignment during the pre-sales cycle.
- Oversee the transition from sales to implementation to ensure the architectural integrity of scoped AI workflows.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in solutions engineering or technical consulting.
- Deep knowledge of healthcare operations, specifically scheduling, intake/registration, and referral management.
- Proficiency in AI/LLM concepts including RAG, prompt engineering, and Model Context Protocol (MCP).
- Strong system interoperability skills, including reading API documentation and evaluating webhooks.
- Must reside in or be willing to relocate to Santa Barbara, CA, Seattle, WA, or Kansas City, MO.
