Compensation: $105,000–$126,000 USD annually + 10% target bonus.

What you will do

• Develop and maintain the technical SEO roadmap to support global organic growth.
• Improve crawlability, indexing, internal linking, and schema implementation across complex web ecosystems.
• Lead Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) strategies to improve visibility in AI Overviews and answer engines.
• Partner with WebOps and engineering teams to implement site architecture and performance improvements.
• Execute authority-building strategies including off-page SEO and citation management across financial ecosystems.
• Align organic search initiatives with paid search insights and demand generation goals.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in SEO, organic growth, or web strategy, specifically in B2B SaaS.
• Deep expertise in technical SEO, site architecture, and modern rendering frameworks like JavaScript.
• Proven ability to develop strategies for high-intent product and solution pages.
• Strong experience conducting technical audits and using tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and Google Search Console.
• Deep knowledge of schema, structured data, and AI discovery ecosystems.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience influencing cross-functional teams and managing SEO budgets.
