What you will do
- Develop and maintain the technical SEO roadmap to support global organic growth.
- Improve crawlability, indexing, internal linking, and schema implementation across complex web ecosystems.
- Lead Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) strategies to improve visibility in AI Overviews and answer engines.
- Partner with WebOps and engineering teams to implement site architecture and performance improvements.
- Execute authority-building strategies including off-page SEO and citation management across financial ecosystems.
- Align organic search initiatives with paid search insights and demand generation goals.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in SEO, organic growth, or web strategy, specifically in B2B SaaS.
- Deep expertise in technical SEO, site architecture, and modern rendering frameworks like JavaScript.
- Proven ability to develop strategies for high-intent product and solution pages.
- Strong experience conducting technical audits and using tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and Google Search Console.
- Deep knowledge of schema, structured data, and AI discovery ecosystems.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience influencing cross-functional teams and managing SEO budgets.
