Location: Must be based in the United States and able to work in our Oakland office on a hybrid schedule (M/W/Th in office, Tu/Fr remote).

Salary: $152,000–$192,000

What you will do

• Collaborate with security and operations teams to maintain and secure IT infrastructure.
• Manage and support Okta environments, including SSO, provisioning, and device assurance.
• Develop automations using APIs and iPaaS tools like Workato, Zapier, or Okta Workflows.
• Administer and define best practices for company-wide AI tooling.
• Manage endpoint configurations via MDM solutions such as Jamf or InTune.
• Maintain network infrastructure, primarily in Meraki environments.

Requirements

• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• At least 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure within a SaaS-heavy environment.
• Deep expertise in managing Okta (SSO, provisioning, device assurance).
• Proficiency in building automations using APIs and iPaaS platforms.
• Experience with MDM solutions (Jamf, InTune) and network management (Meraki).
• Strong cross-functional project management and communication skills.
