What you will do

• Contribute to the broader SIE Identity and Access Management community.
• Enhance team efficiencies by applying automation tools and facilitating operational task transfer.
• Ensure all systems adhere to robust security standards through vulnerability and configuration management.
• Improve the efficiency and stability of Identity services while balancing innovation.
• Collaborate effectively with IT teams and business units, maintaining high documentation standards.
• Implement access reviews, privileged identity management, and configure federated SaaS applications (SAML, OIDC).

Requirements

• At least 5 years of professional IT experience with successful project delivery.
• Proficiency in scripting tools like PowerShell, Terraform, Ansible, Bash, and Python.
• Competence in installing, configuring, and running MS Windows Server and basic Linux proficiency.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code and understanding of Active Directory architecture.
• Proficient in Active Directory schema, attributes, processes security, and controls.
• Experience in deploying and running a Certificate Authority and understanding Entra ID architecture.
• Knowledge of Azure tenants, subscriptions, directories, seamless SSO, and Pass-through Authentication.
• Authority in Entra ID roles/privileges and maintaining Active Directory (including restoration/recovery).
• Expertise in Networking concepts, DNS configuration, and Group Policy for system hardening.
• Must be eligible to work in the USA.

Nice to have

• Experience of AD domain migrations and consolidations.
• Experience as Active Directory Domain Admin for a company.
• Familiarity with Okta, SAML/OIDC authentication protocols, and SCIM.
