What you will do
- Own the vision, strategy, and execution of global GTM systems and business applications supporting Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
- Serve as the executive owner of the GTM tech stack, with a primary focus on Salesforce architecture and optimization.
- Partner with cross-functional leadership to translate business strategy into scalable system design and process automation.
- Define and maintain a multi-year GTM systems roadmap to ensure data integrity and architectural excellence.
- Evaluate and implement modern, AI-enabled technologies to drive seller productivity and pipeline visibility.
- Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing Business Applications team.
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience leading GTM systems or business applications in high-growth B2B SaaS or cloud-native environments.
- Deep, hands-on expertise with Salesforce architecture and implementation.
- Proven ability to design end-to-end GTM architectures, including complex integrations across marketing and revenue platforms.
- Experience acting as a product owner for internal platforms, balancing stakeholder needs and technical outcomes.
- Strong analytical skills regarding pipeline metrics, forecasting, and data modeling.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
