What you will do

• Define and lead full-stack architectural vision across multiple scrum teams.
• Develop scalable, clean, and maintainable Ruby and TypeScript code.
• Architect and document complex distributed, full-stack systems.
• Identify and mitigate technical risks to ensure system reliability and performance.
• Mentor engineers of all levels through design reviews and pair programming.
• Collaborate with Product and Design to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Expert proficiency in frontend development using TypeScript (Lit/Angular preferred).
• Solid experience writing production-level Ruby code.
• Proven ability to design distributed, full-stack systems.
• Must reside in one of the 40 approved US states or Ontario, Canada.
• Strong communication skills and ability to articulate technical investment value to stakeholders.
