Salary: $48,000–$52,000 per year plus equity and a $1,000 retention bonus.

What you will do

• Manage high-volume inbound and outbound interactions across phone, chat, and email.
• Process insurance policies, endorsements, payments, and refunds with accuracy.
• Educate policyholders on coverage details and underwriting requirements.
• Coordinate with banks and lenders to ensure policy documentation compliance.
• Participate in a mandatory 10-week paid training program.

Requirements

• Active Property & Casualty (P&C) or Personal Lines insurance license
• 6+ months of customer service experience in P&C home insurance
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish
• Must reside in one of the approved 30 US states listed above
• Experience in high-volume call center environments
• Ability to work shifts between 9:00 AM and 7:00 PM CST, including rotating Saturdays
