Location: Must be based in or be able to work from the Oakland, CA or New York City, NY office (Hybrid: M/W/Th in-office)
Salary: $157,000–$199,000 (plus incentives/equity)

What you will do
- Own net dollar retention and case growth across a strategic book of business
- Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leaders, aligning platform capabilities with strategic business goals
- Lead customers through complex change management journeys to ensure platform adoption and value realization
- Conduct regular business reviews and ROI conversations to surface and progress expansion opportunities
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Support teams to drive renewals and ensure customer health
- Refine internal processes and mentor junior team members to improve the overall customer success function
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of experience in customer success with enterprise accounts
- Authorization to work in the United States (no visa sponsorship)
- Proven track record in legal tech, eDiscovery, or high-level software consulting
- Exceptional executive presence with the ability to lead high-stakes conversations with General Counsel and other leadership
- Strong analytical and data-driven approach to managing account health and growth
- Ability to operate independently and navigate complex corporate structures
Nice to have
- Experience specifically with AmLaw 200 or large law firms
