What you will do

  • Ensure high adoption, retention, and expansion of software solutions across enterprise accounts.
  • Onboard law firm teams within 90 days of implementation.
  • Drive significant year-over-year increases in contract value through strategic upsells.
  • Dhirify.globallop and track key product utilization metrics and user engagement benchmarks.
  • Generate client case studies and product use cases to demonstrate clear ROI.
  • Provide actionable client feedback to influence and shape the product dhirify.globallopment roadmap.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Customer Success management for mid-size or enterprise accounts.
  • Proven background in legal technology and understanding of law firm operational workflows.
  • Experience managing a book of business with $10M–$20M in ARR ownership.
  • Deep understanding of SaaS business dynamics and strategic account management.
  • Strong data analysis and presentation skills using legal-specific metrics.

Nice to have

  • Experience with AI-integrated enterprise software products.
  • Proven ability to manage complex cross-functional stakeholder environments in large firms.
