What you will do
- Ensure high adoption, retention, and expansion of software solutions across enterprise accounts.
- Onboard law firm teams within 90 days of implementation.
- Drive significant year-over-year increases in contract value through strategic upsells.
- Dlop and track key product utilization metrics and user engagement benchmarks.
- Generate client case studies and product use cases to demonstrate clear ROI.
- Provide actionable client feedback to influence and shape the product dlopment roadmap.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Customer Success management for mid-size or enterprise accounts.
- Proven background in legal technology and understanding of law firm operational workflows.
- Experience managing a book of business with $10M–$20M in ARR ownership.
- Deep understanding of SaaS business dynamics and strategic account management.
- Strong data analysis and presentation skills using legal-specific metrics.

- Experience with AI-integrated enterprise software products.
- Proven ability to manage complex cross-functional stakeholder environments in large firms.
