What you will do
- Drive high adoption, retention, and expansion of solutions among law firm clients.
- Manage the onboarding process for new client teams within 90 days.
- Maximize product utilization, user engagement, and feature adoption.
- Dlop annual case studies and new product use cases demonstrating ROI.
- Provide actionable client feedback to inform the product roadmap.
- Maintain client relationships through proactive engagement and consultative support.
Requirements
- Must be based in the US.
- 5+ years of experience in Customer Success with mid-size and enterprise accounts.
- Deep understanding of law firm operations, compliance, and legal sector trends.
- Technical proficiency in SaaS solutions with the ability to explain complex concepts.
- Strong data analysis skills with expertise in legal-specific metrics and reporting.
- Excellent communication and project coordination skills.
