Location: Must be based in Oakland, CA or New York City, NY with a hybrid schedule (In office M/W/Th).
Salary: $157,000 - $199,000

What you will do
- Act as a primary point of contact for strategic accounts, ensuring business outcomes and long-term growth.
- Develop and nurture relationships with executive leaders and practice group heads in Fortune 500 organizations.
- Drive product adoption and engagement through consultative training and change management initiatives.
- Identify expansion opportunities and mitigate churn risk using data-driven account health analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product, and Support, to align on client needs and strategy.
- Refine internal processes and mentor junior team members to elevate the Customer Success function.
Requirements
- Authorized to work in the United States (no visa sponsorship provided).
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in Customer Success within enterprise or strategic corporate SaaS.
- Proven expertise in in-house legal, legal operations, compliance, or risk management.
- Strong background in change management and consultative account strategy.
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills for engaging senior leadership.
- Ability to navigate complex organizations and influence stakeholders across IT, Procurement, and Legal departments.
