Location: Must be based in the United States. This is a full-time role with the option to be remote or work from our Oakland, CA or New York, NY offices. Office-based employees are eligible for a hybrid schedule (in-office M/W/Th).
Salary: $206,000–$260,000

What you will do
- Define and execute the overall strategy for expanding the channel and services partner business.
- Recruit and develop new strategic channel partners, including MSPs, global advisories, and ALSPs.
- Structure, negotiate, and close complex commercial agreements and first-of-kind partnerships.
- Partner with internal sales teams to drive productive co-selling engagements and joint customer acquisition.
- Advise the partner ecosystem on integrating products and AI assistants into their service practices.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to define technical requirements for partner integrations.
Requirements
- 10+ years of relevant experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or legal tech.
- 5+ years specifically in creating and developing technology channel partnerships with services-focused partners.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States (no visa sponsorship provided).
- Expertise in structuring and negotiating complex commercial deal models for SaaS partner ecosystems.
- Growth mindset with a demonstrated ability to incubate and scale new business strategies.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, particularly with sales, legal, and product teams.
