Salary: $184,000–$231,000 USD

What you will do

  • Coach and develop senior and staff engineers, fostering high ownership and clear growth paths.
  • Manage day-to-day operations by removing blockers, handling escalations, and streamlining cross-team dependencies.
  • Partner with stakeholders to translate platform data into actionable roadmap priorities.
  • Build technical relationships with CSPs, ISVs, and CNAPPs through joint solution design and certifications.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in engineering team management with a focus on mentorship.
  • Significant background in backend and API development.
  • Proficiency in Golang is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills for remote, async-first environments.
  • Must be based in North America.
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguous, high-intensity environments.

Nice to have

  • Experience leading teams responsible for Cloud Marketplace listings or ISV integrations.
  • Familiarity with vulnerability scanners like Grype or Trivy.
  • Experience with observability signals and data models like OSV.
