What you will do

  • Lead and grow three teams delivering Code Security products (SAST, SCA, Secrets, and IaC).
  • Partner with product managers to define and deliver the product roadmap.
  • Build and ship features, spending a portion of time (30%+) writing and reviewing production code.
  • Ensure project execution, prioritize bug fixes, and support requests.
  • Own on-call rotations, incident response, and service reliability.
  • Transition hirify.global Code Security products to AI-native capabilities.

Requirements

  • Experienced Engineering Manager with a track record of leading engineering teams.
  • Strong software architecture skills, capable of designing and evolving backend and frontend systems.
  • Customer-focused builder who has shipped production-grade software used by multiple customers.
  • Comfortable with code and iteration, able to write and review code.
  • Knowledge of code analysis concepts and the ability to reason about accuracy, performance, and developer experience.
  • Experience organizing on-call, driving incident response, and improving reliability without burning out teams.
