Salary: $235,000–$285,000 OTE + Equity

What you will do

• Own a single source of truth for all vertical initiatives including goals, owners, milestones, and status.
• Structure initiatives into clear workstreams with defined timelines and accountable owners.
• Establish and run weekly and monthly planning and review cadences.
• Track cross-functional milestones, risks, and dependencies, escalating issues early.
• Provide clear, objective reporting and concise executive summaries for leadership visibility.
• Align stakeholders across Growth, Product, Marketing, Partnerships, and Sales on priorities and deliverables.

Requirements

• 6+ years in Project Management, Program Management, Strategy and Operations, or similar roles in B2B tech.
• Strong experience managing cross-functional initiatives with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Engineering stakeholders.
• Proven ability to build planning systems and tracking mechanisms from scratch.
• Excellent written communication skills, with a structured and methodical working style.
• Ability to operate in a fast-moving, complex environment, bringing order and holding stakeholders accountable.
• English: B2 required.

• Experience in cloud, AI infrastructure, or enterprise technology.
• Experience working in a matrix organization across geographies.
• Familiarity with portfolio management tools and reporting frameworks.
