What you will do
- Own a single source of truth for all vertical initiatives including goals, owners, milestones, and status.
- Structure initiatives into clear workstreams with defined timelines and accountable owners.
- Establish and run weekly and monthly planning and review cadences.
- Track cross-functional milestones, risks, and dependencies, escalating issues early.
- Provide clear, objective reporting and concise executive summaries for leadership visibility.
- Align stakeholders across Growth, Product, Marketing, Partnerships, and Sales on priorities and deliverables.
Requirements
- 6+ years in Project Management, Program Management, Strategy and Operations, or similar roles in B2B tech.
- Strong experience managing cross-functional initiatives with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Engineering stakeholders.
- Proven ability to build planning systems and tracking mechanisms from scratch.
- Excellent written communication skills, with a structured and methodical working style.
- Ability to operate in a fast-moving, complex environment, bringing order and holding stakeholders accountable.
- English: B2 required.

- Experience in cloud, AI infrastructure, or enterprise technology.
- Experience working in a matrix organization across geographies.
- Familiarity with portfolio management tools and reporting frameworks.
