Product Test Engineer (IoT)

What you will do

• Develop and debug test programs on ATE platforms for new silicon products.
• Design load boards and interface hardware for production testing with senior engineers.
• Participate in silicon bring-up, validation, and test debugging.
• Analyze test data and identify outliers or issues during NPI and production ramp.
• Maintain test documentation and automation scripts.
• Collaborate with design, product, and operations teams.

Requirements

• BS in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
• More than 2 years of experience in test engineering or a related field; internships and projects count.
• Experience with Teradyne UltraFlex or similar Automated Test Equipment.
• Familiarity with electronic measurements and laboratory equipment, including oscilloscopes and DMMs.
• Exposure to programming or scripting with C/C++, Python, or VBA.
• Exposure to analog IP test methodology and embedded firmware development for microcontroller-based test or validation systems.

Nice to have

• Hardware testing or embedded systems internships and academic projects.
• Knowledge of digital testing methodologies, including scan, memory, and logic testing.
• Exposure to RF and wireless concepts.
• Knowledge of statistical data analysis or JMP.
• Hands-on PCB experience and hardware debugging skills.
