Salary: $150,000–$175,000.

• Mentor junior team members and help build internal strategic practices.
• Present high-level strategies to C-suite clients and stakeholders.

Requirements

• 8+ years of agency experience in brand strategy.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Must be able to work on-site in New York 4 days per week.
• Proven track record of managing large, complex projects and client accounts.
• Deep understanding of consumer goods and strategic planning methodologies.
• Strong storytelling and executive-level presentation skills.
