Senior Director, Global Marketing (Lifestyle Fragrances): Shaping and leading the global vision, innovation roadmap, and commercial growth for iconic fragrance brands with an accent on portfolio strategy, olfactive storytelling, and cross-functional execution. Focus on driving long-term brand equity, managing global P&L, and leading high-impact omnichannel campaigns to succeed in a fast-paced beauty landscape.

Location: Must be based in the United States (New York). The role follows a hybrid policy allowing up to 50% remote work.

Salary: $200,000–$230,000

What you will do

  • Define and execute the long-term global strategy and innovation roadmap for key lifestyle fragrance brands.
  • Manage the end-to-end launch calendar, from concept development to 360° omnichannel campaign execution.
  • Partner with R&D, Olfactive Studios, and Creative teams to develop differentiated fragrance product experiences.
  • Lead strategic relationships with licensors, ensuring brand alignment and compliance across all global initiatives.
  • Oversee P&L performance, budget allocation, and commercial ROI to drive sustainable brand growth.
  • Develop and lead a high-performing global marketing organization, fostering a culture of accountability and innovation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business; MBA preferred.
  • 12+ years of marketing experience in fragrance, beauty, or luxury goods.
  • 3+ years of direct experience in fragrance and licensor management.
  • Proven expertise in managing global brand strategy, product innovation, and P&L accountability.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • Strong analytical and leadership skills with the ability to influence senior global stakeholders.
