What you will do

• Develop and execute media outreach strategies to enhance brand visibility.
• Develop and implement thought leadership initiatives, including bylined articles and speaking engagements.
• Manage submissions for industry awards to showcase company achievements and innovations.
• Develop and implement internal and external corporate communications strategies.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to craft compelling messaging, press releases, and blog posts.
• Track media coverage, analyze PR performance, and provide insights to optimize future strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in corporate communications, media relations, or public relations, preferably in healthcare.
• Strong relationships with media contacts and a proven track record of securing press coverage.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling narratives.
• Experience in thought leadership positioning, executive communications, and industry recognition programs.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
