What you will do

• Develop and present innovative creative concepts and big ideas for integrated campaigns.
• Lead art direction for campaign assets, including digital, social, and content projects.
• Collaborate with strategy, planning, and account teams to translate client insights into groundbreaking creative.
• Build visual storytelling decks to pitch and sell ideas to major brand clients.
• Manage the creative process from initial concept to final delivery.
• Mentor junior creative team members and contribute to new business pitch opportunities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Senior Creative in agencies or partnership marketing.
• Mandatory proficiency in both English and German (written and verbal).
• Strong portfolio demonstrating integrated campaign work for sports or entertainment brands.
• Expertise in Adobe CC and Microsoft software packages.
• Proven ability to present and sell creative ideas to stakeholders.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive and collaborative attitude.
