What you will do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise platforms including ERP, ITSM, HRIS, and Analytics.
• Design and standardize PMO practices, including intake, governance, and reporting.
• Implement and enhance PMO tooling such as ServiceNow SPM/ITBM.
• Coordinate delivery across integration, data, infrastructure, and security workstreams.
• Establish steering committees and facilitate executive decision-making.
• Translate complex technical initiatives into clear business-focused status reports.

Requirements

• 8–12+ years of experience delivering enterprise-scale IT initiatives.
• Proven track record of managing multi-workstream programs and system integrators.
• Hands-on experience with platform upgrades, consolidations, or global rollouts.
• Direct experience building or maturing PMO functions and operating models.
• Proficiency with PPM/PMO tools such as ServiceNow, Planview, Jira Align, or similar.
