What you will do

• Develop and manage multiple comprehensive project plans, including scope definition and risk management strategies.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with HR/People teams and other departments for successful program implementation.
• Optimize and standardize People Operations processes by identifying inefficiencies and implementing scalable solutions.
• Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure program success and provide regular reports.
• Manage communication plans and change management activities for project and program rollouts.
• Manage vendor relationships for People Operations systems and services, including contract review and performance monitoring.

Requirements

• 5+ years of project and program management experience, with a proven ability to build and scale global programs.
• Deep understanding of HR/People functions and the HR/People technology landscape.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and effectively manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Google Business apps and experience using Ashby, Workday, and ServiceNow.
• Prior vendor management experience.
• Must follow company’s confidentiality and security standards for handling sensitive data.
