What you will do
- Own and drive complex technical programs from inception through execution, ensuring alignment across engineering, product, and business teams.
- Lead cross-functional teams to improve and scale the distribution and supply platform, collaborating closely with stakeholders to define program goals, timelines, and success metrics.
- Shape program roadmaps by translating high-level business requirements into actionable technical plans, continuously refining and adapting strategies as needed.
- Identify and manage risks, proactively troubleshooting and addressing issues to ensure on-time delivery and continuous system reliability.
- Champion operational excellence by driving process improvements, innovation, and best practices that optimize the overall program lifecycle.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior TPMs and team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, learning, and technical growth.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in technical program management, with a proven ability to manage complex, large-scale projects, particularly in cloud-based or data-intensive systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and managing project timelines, risks, and dependencies in a dynamic and evolving environment.
- Customer-focused and passionate about delivering high-quality solutions that enhance the user experience.
