About the Role

You will own the end-to-end user growth playbook: craft strategy and run high-impact campaigns, form and manage GTM partnerships, activate power users and trading groups, and scale new and existing products. You will partner with product, data, and engineering to build retention and liquidity loops, measure impact, and optimize funnel metrics.

Requirements

• 4–7 years of experience in GTM, growth, product marketing, trading, or strategy roles at a crypto protocol, trading firm, or CEX
• Existing crypto-native network
• Existing presence on Crypto Twitter
• Deep understanding of crypto culture, memes, narratives, and market dynamics
• Strong project management skills and track record of shipping cross-functional campaigns
• Strong command of trading mechanics, via active trading or close work with traders
• Analytical mindset and fluency in funnel metrics, conversion modeling, SQL, dashboards, and experimentation frameworks
• Entrepreneurial energy, high ownership, and ability to work in ambiguity
• Experience with growth and GTM at a perpetuals exchange or CEX (bonus)
• Familiarity with on-chain and data analytics tools (bonus)
• Prior experience in high-growth, early-stage startups or protocol teams (bonus)

Responsibilities

• Achieve 5X current trading volume within a year by onboarding new traders and market makers and launching growth programs
• Own customer and user relationships and manage business development with traders, trading groups, and crypto funds
• Activate power users and design tailored go-to-market playbooks
• Partner closely with product, data, and engineering to identify and execute GTM loops that drive volume, TVL, and retention
• Collaborate with product marketing and community to shape product narratives, campaign strategy, and launch communications
• Continuously evaluate UX, liquidity loops, and user stickiness to improve product experience
