What you will do

• Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and contract administration
• Maintain accurate employee records ensuring full compliance with local labor regulations
• Coordinate payroll preparation alongside finance and external partners
• Act as the primary point of contact for internal HR policies and employee benefit inquiries
• Design and improve internal People Ops workflows and documentation to support company scaling
• Contribute to local employer branding and cultural initiatives at the Málaga hub

Requirements

• 1.5–3 years of experience in HR or People Operations
• English: Professional proficiency required for global operations
• Solid foundation in HR fundamentals, including contract management and leave administration
• Experience working with HRIS platforms such as Factorial, BambooHR, or Personio
• Ability to thrive and build structured processes in a fast-paced, scaling environment
• Must be able to work from our Málaga office

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Spanish labor law
• Experience supporting multicultural or international teams
• Background in recruitment, L&D, or employer branding
• Spanish language proficiency
