TL;DR

HRIS Specialist: Responsible for core HRIS (data accuracy & workflows) and PX processes (compliance with statutory requirements and internal policies) with an accent on standardization, scalability and automation. Focus on implementing and managing AI applications and ensuring a compelling and compliant people experience.

Location: Barcelona, Spain. Prefer an office setting? You're welcome at any of our hubs in Barcelona, Warsaw, Curitiba, Rio de Janeiro, Mexico City, Bogotá, Munich, Rome or Bologna.

What you will do

  • Take full ownership of the HRIS system (Hibob), managing data architecture, workflows, access, permissions, and integrations, leading the implementation/migration to new tools.
  • Define, implement, and continuously evolve the full PX Services processes ensuring a compelling and compliant people experience.
  • Drive the automation of PX processes, including implementation and management of AI applications.
  • Collaborate and support other PX functions for the E2E employee journey, from onboarding to offboarding.
  • Monitor employee data quality with the different analytic functions (finance, BI, etc.).

Requirements

  • Bachelor´s Degree in Business Administration with focus in Human Resources, labor relations or similar degree.
  • Minimum of 7 years previous experience in HR with at least 1-2 years in a similar global role, ideally in a tech scaleup organisation.
  • Experience as a system administrator, process owner and leading projects, having played a key role on HRIS implementation project.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English: fluent).
  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently, taking initiative and ownership.
  • Excellent analytical skills, including compiling data, research, and problem solving.
