TL;DR

Director - Client Growth Partner (Retail & CPG): Driving strategic account growth and building strong executive relationships within existing client portfolios with an accent on identifying new opportunities and positioning digital, AI-enabled, and cloud-native solutions. Focus on engaging with senior stakeholders, understanding client business priorities, and ensuring successful delivery outcomes.

Location: Open to candidates based in Oklahoma and Arkansas states

What you will do

  • Own and expand relationships with strategic client accounts, identifying new opportunities for revenue growth.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, leading strategic discussions with senior executives to align technology investments with business goals.
  • Drive conversations around productivity improvements, operational efficiency, and cost optimization, leveraging digital and AI-enabled solutions.
  • Maintain a regular onsite presence at client location (minimum once a week) to foster deeper engagement and relationship-building.
  • Partner with internal practice, delivery, and sales teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful execution.

Requirements

  • Established record of success in account farming, client relationship management, business development, consulting, and proactive client engagement.
  • Ability to engage and influence CXO-level stakeholders and drive business conversations beyond technology.
  • Strong understanding of digital transformation trends, with the ability to frame AI/GenAI and cloud-native solutions in a business context.
  • Hands-on experience in driving productivity, efficiency, and optimization programs for clients.
  • Comfortable with regular onsite client interaction (at least once a week) to strengthen relationships working closely with stakeholders on the ground.
  • Excellent communication, executive presence, and storytelling skills.

Nice to have

  • Technical experience/background is a plus, but the ability to bridge business and technology is essential.
