Salary: $90,000-105,000

What you will do

• Deliver successful energy efficiency programs per contract terms and budgets.
• Identify, define, and track program deliverables to be submitted accurately and on time.
• Assess project progress, ensure compliance, and develop innovative solutions.
• Manage, lead, and mentor a dynamic team by setting performance standards and objectives.
• Develop and foster partnerships with subcontractors, community groups, and stakeholders.
• Manage client expectations, satisfaction, and communications, resolving issues.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. Citizen
• Must be located in the state of Arizona
• Bachelor’s degree in business, energy, engineering, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 5+ years’ experience in energy-efficiency or a related field, 3+ years of supervisory experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills.

• Ability and experience in short and long-range planning and strategy.
• Technical acumen regarding residential & multifamily energy use and/or building science.
• Detail oriented with the ability to multi-task and self-direct your work.
