What you will do

• Lead SRE and technical initiatives in a fast-paced and highly collaborative environment.
• Manage delivery schedules and timelines across multiple products and teams.
• Collaborate with SRE teams specializing in platform hosting, Kubernetes, CICD, and data services.
• Identify and solve complex problems, simplifying them into clear, actionable insights.
• Advocate for continuous process improvement and innovation.
• Conduct, document, and present root cause analysis documents.

Requirements

• BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical subject area.
• 5+ years of experience in Technical Program Management in an agile software development environment.
• 5+ years hands-on cloud experience – integrating, developing and managing applications.
• 5+ years of relevant work experience in a highly visible, global and/or critical production, software environment.
• 5+ years of experience or exposure to software engineering or supporting/maintaining software systems experience (Java, React, etc.).
• Experience managing projects and dependencies across cross-functional teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent judgment, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Experience or exposure to container technologies and orchestration (ie: Docker, Kubernetes, EKS).
• Experience or exposure to observability tools (ie: DataDog, CloudWatch, Splunk).
