What you will do

• Analyze the IT software market to identify competitive pricing and emerging technology solutions.
• Lead contract negotiations with vendors to secure favorable commercial and licensing terms.
• Manage and monitor software assets to ensure compliance with corporate policies and regulatory standards.
• Maintain and update the IT software supplier catalog to ensure access to reliable vendors.
• Develop and improve software planning and supply processes to support business scalability.
• Drive automation and process optimization to improve efficiency, transparency, and cost control.

Requirements

• Minimum 1+ years of experience in software or SaaS procurement, vendor management, or IT procurement.
• Proven experience managing software contracts, complex licensing models, and vendor negotiations.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional stakeholders including IT, Finance, and Legal.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken) is required for this international role.
• Ability to manage multiple vendors and priorities in a fast-paced technology environment.
