Strategic Connectivity Lead

TL;DR

Strategic Connectivity Lead (Starlink): Driving core metrics and maximizing the positive impact of Starlink by connecting schools, hospitals, and community centers globally. Focus on data analysis, strategic recommendations, and cross-functional implementation to improve Starlink's business outlook and broadband adoption.

Location: Must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. lawful, permanent resident (aka green card holder), Refugee under 8 U.S.C. § 1157, or Asylee under 8 U.S.C. § 1158, or be eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State.

What you will do

• Understand and drive core metrics of the Strategic Connectivity to ensure team and company objectives are met.
• Create and maintain reporting dashboards and visualizations to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Deliver presentations and reports to stakeholders, translating technical findings into clear, business-oriented recommendations.
• Identify initiatives for improvement of Starlink's business outlook, including developing, tracking, and executing business initiatives with Starlink's leadership.
• Collaborate and partner with cross functional teams to build a strong network across these departments and with external resources to ensure compliance.
• Support team members in executing projects globally as needed including the preparation of applications/information submittals and coordination of necessary internal inputs and reviews.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM, business, economics, or finance.
• 1+ years of experience in business operations, project management, or strategic planning.
• 1+ year of experience with analytical skills (e.g. Microsoft Office applications, Excel modeling, etc.).
• Experience using various programming languages (e.g SQL, Python, Javascript, R, HTML, XML, CSS, Ruby).
• To conform to U.S. Government export regulations, applicant must be a (i) U.S. citizen or national, (ii) U.S. lawful, permanent resident (aka green card holder), (iii) Refugee under 8 U.S.C. § 1157, or (iv) Asylee under 8 U.S.C. § 1158, or be eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites, other SpaceX locations, and events as needed.

Nice to have

• 1+ year experience based abroad or working with operations outside of the United States.
• Proficiency in a second language, preferably Spanish, French, or Arabic.
