What you will do

• Identify structural opportunities to improve Print Operations through better processes, systems, and automation
• Lead large cross-functional initiatives across Operations, Product, GTM, Engineering, Data, and Finance
• Translate strategic problems into day-to-day operational execution, filling gaps as needed
• Develop hypotheses, run in-depth analyses, and make recommendations to shape the Print roadmap
• Own key metrics, track trends, and surface insights that drive performance
• Support strategic planning, capacity planning, and performance management for Print

Requirements

• 4–8 years of experience in an analytical and strategic role across analytics, consulting, product, business operations, or finance
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a high-growth company
• Advanced proficiency in Excel (SQL preferred)
• Strong analytical and metrics-driven approach: define KPIs, size opportunity areas, and communicate performance clearly
• Ability to break down ambiguous problems using a first-principles approach
• Strong communication skills to explain complex topics to all audiences
