What you will do

• Lead the definition and delivery of Data & AI strategies and transformation roadmaps.
• Own key workstreams including stakeholder discovery, capability assessments, and roadmap design.
• Advise clients on data governance, operating models, and data management best practices.
• Translate business challenges into high-value data, analytics, and AI use cases.
• Collaborate with data and engineering teams to ensure technical feasibility and business impact.
• Identify opportunities to expand engagements and contribute to practice development.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in data strategy, data management, or top-tier consulting.
• Proven track record leading Data / AI transformation or strategy engagements.
• Strong expertise in data governance, data management frameworks, and operating models.
• Excellent communication skills with experience engaging senior stakeholders.
• Fluent in English required.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to shape and grow client engagements.

Nice to have

• CDMP (DAMA-DMBOK) certification.
• Fluency in French.
