What you will do

• Plan and execute social media and influencer marketing strategies to drive engagement.
• Identify, acquire, and negotiate partnerships with influencers and streamers (KOLs) in Brazil.
• Manage acquisition budgets and monitor streamer performance metrics.
• Assist in developing comprehensive retention strategies for streaming partners.
• Collaborate across platforms including Twitch, YouTube, Facebook Gaming, TikTok, and Instagram.
• Coordinate creative campaigns to maximize conversion of influencer audiences.

Requirements

• Proven experience in iGaming (Casino and Sportsbook).
• Fluent in English and Brazilian Portuguese.
• Strong analytical skills and advanced proficiency in Excel for metric tracking.
• Experience in negotiation, partnership management, or sales.
• High availability and flexibility, including evenings and weekends for influencer support.
• Willingness to travel frequently within Brazil and internationally for industry events.
