What you will do

  • Own the strategy, execution, and ongoing optimization of paid search and paid social campaigns.
  • Manage multi-million dollar campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, and other paid social channels.
  • Develop and execute A/B tests for ad copy, creative, headlines, CTAs, and audience targeting.
  • Partner with web and creative teams to test and optimize landing pages and conversion paths.
  • Monitor and optimize performance against KPIs such as CTR, CVR, CPL, PPD, and ROAS.
  • Analyze campaign results and translate insights into clear action plans and recommendations.

Requirements

  • 5-8+ years of hands-on experience managing paid digital marketing campaigns.
  • Strong experience with paid search and paid social platforms, including Google, LinkedIn, and Meta.
  • Demonstrated experience running A/B tests on ads and creative.
  • Experience working with web teams to improve landing page performance.
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort working with performance data.
  • A growth mindset with a desire to learn, test new ideas, and develop new skills.

Nice to have

  • B2B or SaaS marketing experience.
  • Experience with GA4 and/or Google Tag Manager.
  • Experience with CRO or experimentation tools.
  • Strong performance-oriented copywriting skills.
