What you will do
- Define and lead the global digital communications strategy across organic social media and influencer channels.
- Manage the digital communications team, including direct reports and external agency partners.
- Develop and scale a global influencer advocacy program to enhance brand reach.
- Establish clear performance metrics (KPIs) and reporting structures to measure business impact.
- Oversee crisis communication protocols for all social and digital channels.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Marketing, PR, and Content teams to align digital initiatives with business goals.
Requirements
- Fluent English proficiency required.
- Proven leadership in digital communications for B2B technology or SaaS brands.
- Strong analytical skills in social media metrics and reporting tools.
- Experience in crisis management and strategic stakeholder alignment.
- Capability to develop boundary-pushing digital narratives and brand standards.
- Demonstrated experience in cross-functional collaboration within a global environment.
