What you will do
- Own and lead hirify.global’s digital communications strategy, unifying organic social media, digital influencer outreach, and emerging channels.
- Lead the digital communications team within Marketing, including managing direct reports and agency partners.
- Develop and scale a global influencer advocacy program to expand brand reach and credibility.
- Define clear digital channel performance metrics (KPIs) and establish reporting to measure business impact.
- Establish and enforce social media governance, brand voice standards, and crisis communication protocols globally.
- Drive cross-functional integration with Product Marketing, Paid Marketing, Content, and PR teams.
Requirements
- Proven ability to lead and define integrated digital communications strategy for a B2B technology and/or SaaS brand.
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in social media metrics and reporting tools.
- Demonstrated capacity for developing fresh, boundary-pushing digital narratives.
- Excellence in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
- Crisis management experience and strong judgment in sensitive situations.
- Fluent English required.
