TL;DR

Location: Must be based in the United States and able to attend the office at least two days per week.

Salary: $76,000–$131,100 per year (depending on office location).

What you will do

  • Plan and execute assigned events, sponsorships, and field activations using established playbooks.
  • Maintain activation workflow hygiene, including task tracking, timelines, and shared calendars.
  • Assemble briefing materials, outreach drafts, and coordination checklists for smooth execution.
  • Manage logistics including run of show coordination, vendor management, and on-site support.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional marketing teams to ensure activation alignment with enterprise campaigns.
  • Capture outcomes and learnings in CRM to inform future investment decisions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications required.
  • 2–5 years of B2B marketing experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in event execution or field marketing programs.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Working knowledge of CRM systems and marketing workflows.
  • Ability to travel as needed.

  • Experience supporting data capture and reporting.
  • Proficiency in using AI tools to improve productivity in research and planning.
