What you will do
- Plan and execute assigned events, sponsorships, and field activations using established playbooks.
- Maintain activation workflow hygiene, including task tracking, timelines, and shared calendars.
- Assemble briefing materials, outreach drafts, and coordination checklists for smooth execution.
- Manage logistics including run of show coordination, vendor management, and on-site support.
- Coordinate with cross-functional marketing teams to ensure activation alignment with enterprise campaigns.
- Capture outcomes and learnings in CRM to inform future investment decisions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications required.
- 2–5 years of B2B marketing experience.
- Demonstrated experience in event execution or field marketing programs.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Working knowledge of CRM systems and marketing workflows.
- Ability to travel as needed.
