What you will do

• Own product strategy and outcomes across a product group, driving customer retention, expansion, and competitive differentiation.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Product Managers to foster a high-agency, customer-centric culture.
• Define product roadmaps that leverage AI to rethink manual GRC processes.
• Partner with Engineering, Design, and Analytics to ensure high-quality, consistent product delivery.
• Collaborate with GTM teams to align product capabilities with market needs and feedback.
• Hire and grow the talent bench to maintain pace with company scaling.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience in high-growth, complex B2B SaaS environments.
• 3+ years of direct experience managing and developing senior product teams.
• Proven track record of setting product vision and delivering measurable business outcomes.
• Strong strategic thinking and execution discipline with an AI-first mindset.
• Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional GTM strategies through product insights.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and be US-based.

Nice to have

• Experience with access management, identity, GRC, security, or compliance products.
• Prior success in applying AI to create measurable product value and efficiency.
