Location: Hybrid role with required travel between offices in Nottingham, Coventry, and London

What you will do

  • Lead the Martech strategy and roadmap to ensure alignment with wider business objectives.
  • Design and optimize a scalable architecture across CRM, automation, analytics, CDP, and attribution platforms.
  • Drive automation, personalization, and AI-enabled initiatives for scalable marketing execution.
  • Partner with data, commercial, and analytics teams to define KPIs, reporting frameworks, and attribution models.
  • Ensure robust governance, data quality, and compliant data flows across all integrated systems.
  • Lead and mentor a team of Martech and marketing operations professionals.

Requirements

  • Significant experience in Martech, marketing operations, or digital transformation.
  • Proven success in designing and delivering Martech strategy within complex, integrated environments.
  • Deep knowledge of CRM and automation platforms such as Salesforce, Marketo, or HubSpot.
  • Strong understanding of data architecture, APIs, analytics, and attribution models.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, influencing, and communication skills.
  • Experience leading cross-functional or technical teams.
