What you will do

• Architect and build agentic workflows using n8n, Claude API, and Python to automate Compliance processes.
• Design and deliver AI solutions for alert pre-screening, case narrative generation, and regulatory change summarization.
• Build scalable, automated analytics solutions for high-quality risk insights.
• Apply AI-enabled techniques for text analysis and transaction pattern recognition.
• Maintain audit logging and documentation for systems touching regulated data.
• Train Compliance team members on AI-assisted tools and workflows.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Compliance operations, financial crime, or regulatory technology.
• Strong fluency with AI and workflow automation tools.
• Demonstrated experience designing and deploying AI-powered or automated workflows in a production environment.
• Deep working knowledge of anti-financial crime (e.g. AML/CFT, sanctions) and data privacy frameworks.
• Systems thinker with a strong implementation mindset.
• Proficiency with AI tooling stack: n8n, Python, Claude API/Anthropic SDK.

Nice to have

• Experience with case management platforms (Actimize, NICE Actimize, Quantexa, or equivalent).
• Experience using AI for document analysis, transaction narrative generation, or regulatory report drafting.
• Familiarity with regulatory examination readiness and model risk governance.
• Python programming skills for transaction data analysis and risk scoring models.
