What you will do

• Evaluate and scope automation opportunities by assessing feasibility and prioritizing processes suited for automation.
• Serve as a central process and testing partner by supporting solution testing and implementation.
• Ensure quality, compliance, and accuracy by documenting business processes and performing peer reviews of RPA workflows.

Requirements

• Requires a bachelor’s degree in business or a related field, with strong knowledge of process design, continuous improvement, and robotic process automation, plus 2–3 years of experience in roles such as Business Analyst or Process Analyst.
• Brings hands-on expertise in RPA development, including designing and building workflows, monitoring production processes, and programming on Windows platforms, with preferred skills in VBA/Excel macros, Power Automate, SharePoint, and other digital tools.
• Experience in process mapping and Agile methodologies, along with Lean Six Sigma certification and continuous improvement experience.
